Springs Foundation, in partnership with Elim Communities, has a network of 170 communities spread throughout the Philippines, with a presence in most of the country's regions and provinces. Each community meets regularly and continues to empower people through spiritual, personal and community development activities.

Springs Foundation is a non-profit organization that implements Water+Life Projects on the local level. This includes community organization, project implementation, and most importantly, regular monitoring after the project has been implemented.
